I had one of those dreams a few months ago. I don't totally remember the dream, but I went from totally asleep to jumping out of my bed within a half a second. I remember jumping up and trying to brush imaginary spiders off of me. Scared me half to death. My fiancee had no idea what was going on. Creepy. How's the first week of daddy-hood going, btw?
